Org doesn't support full LaTeX syntax. If you want to insert raw LaTeX,
you need to use specific markup, for example an export snippet:
@@latex:\textsubscript{some subsubscript}@@

No. But you could write a filter to do so, see:
(info "(org) Advanced configuration").
