* [bug] Changing first entry in pair of inactive time stamps deletes second time stamp

Hello,

with current org, if I insert two inactive time stamps in a row (to
create a range of dates) and then go back to the first one and adjust
the date (say) using S-<up> or S-<down>, the second time stamp
disappears.  This does not happen with active time stamps however.

Now, it may be that the design decision was taken that a range with
inactive time stamps may not mean anything so this might not be a
bug... but it feels like one to me! ;-)  but not a particularly urgent
one, I must admit!
