Any objection to applying the following patch to master?

Basically,

  #+HTML_INCLUDE_STYLE: nil

becomes

  #+OPTIONS: html-style:nil

and

  #+HTML_HTML5_FANCY: t

becomes

  #+OPTIONS: html5-fancy:t
