Hello there, I suspect this is straight forward, but I don't seem to be able to work it out on my own. I use Org to to make a large html document that contains a number of images. I export the document and under each image I get something like: Figure 6: Name of image. How can I have simply "Name of image" without the prefix "Figure n:"? Many thanks. Simon. -- Simon W. Jones

You could use a filter, probably org-export-filter-link-functions(?).
Alternatively you could mess with org-export-dictionary for the language
you are concerned about.
Perhaps, the dictionary should be amendable via ox-publish for such cases.

Thanks for the prompt reply Rasmus.
I thought it might be easier than this :-(. I don't really understand enough to fix it.
All the best,
Simon.
