RET, or equivalently editing a *.org file, generates a File mode
specification error:

Target file /tmp/xxx.org need not exist. Its use on the command line is
simply to call 'org-mode.
Workaround is simply to remove '((gnuplot . t)) from
'org-babel-load-languages
