Subject: [PATCH] Remove unwanted #+ATTR_Backend and #+Backend during export.

* lisp/org-exp.el: (org-export-select-backend-specific-text) Properly
  get rid of #+Backend and #+ATTR_Backend specifics to backends not
  matching the one we're exporting to.
