No, it doesn’t … thank you!

Now I just need to find out where that happens …

… found it:

 '(org-modules
   '(org-bbdb org-bibtex org-crypt org-ctags org-docview org-eww org-gnus org-habit org-info org-irc org-mhe org-rmail org-w3m))

To reproduce the issue:

emacs -q --eval "(progn (setq org-modules '(org-ctags)))" /tmp/foo.org

→ configuration error. Thank you!
