See BookmarkExtension:
http://www.emacswiki.org/cgi-bin/emacs/BookmarkExtension

It support now nearly all:
emacs-w3m bookmarks, Firefox bookmarks, Delicious bookmarks, Gnus
bookmarks, Man pages etc...

You can jump to url bookmarks either to w3m or Firefox.
