You need to use -3d not +3d to state you want a warning 3 days _before_ the due date in the agenda. But it looks like the early warning days feature only works for standard deadline dates e.g. * TODO Meeting DEADLINE: <2009-06-27 Sat -3d> so I don't think your 3 day warning will work with the diary-float entry. -Bernt
