* only one [/] or [%]?

Hi, I have noticed that you can only have one [/] or [%] in a headline.

Like in:

,----
| * TODO [/] [%] foo
|   - [ ] a
|   - [ ] b
`----

Only the [%] will be updated.

In an older version of org I used to use both in the same headline and
it worked.  Is there some reason for this "regression"?
