I think that this is enough. 

If we think that an explicit link to the GPL is necessary
we can link:

[[http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/][Emacs]]


Interestingly enough also the GNU Emacs web page does NOT have 
an *explicit* link to the licence of Emacs itself
neither to "free software" ;-)
