I forgot to pull. However the part with appending "/" to b might still be valuable at least for building xm regexp. If :base-directory is set to "~/dydaktyka" (my example) then xm becomes "^/home/steelman/dydaktyka[^/]+\.\(org\)" which not necessarily makes sense.
