Here's an update for the first patch, in order to fix behaviour after
a footnote definition or an inline task. More specifically, in the
following example,

  * Headline
  
    Some

  [fn:1] Definition


  XParagraph

line with point at "X" should be indented like "Some", since it doesn't
belong to the footnote definition.
