I cannot reproduce with

GNU Emacs 24.3.50.2 (x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.24.10) of
2013-06-17 on pierrot

Org-mode version 8.0.3 (release_8.0.3-293-g911c5d @
/home/nick/elisp/org-mode/lisp/)

or (just pulled)
