Hi Bernt,

this is how it works here:

(setq org-publish-project-alist
      '(("org-notes"
         :base-directory "~/emacs/org/notes/"
         :auto-index t
         :index-filename "sitemap.org"
         :index-title "Sitemap"
         :recursive t
         :base-extension "org"
         ;; this could be: "/ssh:user@host:~/html/notebook/"
         :publishing-directory "~/public_html/org-notes/"
         :publishing-function org-publish-org-to-html
         :headline-levels 4
                                        ;:section-numbers nil
                                        ;:table-of-contents nil
         :auto-preamble t
                                        ;:auto-postamble nil
         :style "<link rel=\"stylesheet\" href=\"stylesheet.css\" type=\"text/css\" />"

         )
        ("org-notes-static"
         :base-directory "~/emacs/org/notes/"
         :recursive t
         :base-extension "css\\|js\\|png\\|jpg\\|gif\\|pdf\\|mp3\\|ogg\\|swf\\|txt\\|htm\\|html\\|dtd\\|php"
         :publishing-directory "~/public_html/org-notes/"
         :publishing-function org-publish-attachment)

        ("org" :components ("org-notes" "org-notes-static"))

This way first the *.org files are published (and thus ditaa images are
created in :base-directory) and then the new generated images.

Best,

   Sebastian
