Given the following simple Org Beamer file, why is Conclusion turned
into a slide when I've set OPTIONS H:2 ?? If I remove the header line
Intro, the Introduction is also included as a slide (although without
the Introduction frame. I had assumed that the option would set the
frame level at 2 and all headers at level 1 would be ignored (and, thus,
comments to explain the slides to me).

What am I misunderstanding?

They are not ignored: they define sections in the LaTeX. If you want
the section ignored, add the :noexport: tag to the headline?

Ok. So, what is the difference between a section and a frame as far as
Beamer is concerned? In particular, in my example below, the generated
slides for the Intro* headers just look wrong. The Introduction is
mentioned in TOC, but it's combined with the Intro2 slide (which is also
level 1). Is there a bug here?

Also, isn't :noexport: inherited by children?
