If you can get Lotus to export the entire message (usually as a *.eml file) it should be at least possible to view the message including its attachments in Emacs, thus you could be able to attache a message to an Org mode entry (C-c C-a) and open it. A quick search shows that Lotus seems not to be able to export to *.eml, but there are some homebrewn extensions out there.
