I get this when I try:

Debugger entered--Lisp error: (wrong-type-argument number-or-marker-p nil)
  org-ctrl-c-ctrl-c((4))
  funcall-interactively(org-ctrl-c-ctrl-c (4))
  command-execute(org-ctrl-c-ctrl-c)

I will update org (noting that the patch has been incorporated) and will report back with a proper backtrace.
