It should work anywhere in an outline tree and before first headline, if that's your question. So there is no constrain on lists. Please note that the patch isn't ready for submission yet. I'll include some speed improvements (scanning every list in section every 0.2s sure sounds a bit scary) and a bit of polishing a bit later. Regards, -- Nicolas
