Subject: if featurep then require, why?
Date: Mon, 02 Apr 2012 15:43:21 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <87398m6yh2.fsf@micropit.couberia.bzh> (raw)

Hi,

In `org-show-notification', there is

--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
  (cond
	[...]
	((featurep 'notifications)
	 (require 'notifications)
        [...]
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---

Why is the (require 'notifications) needed?
