I have tried it (with M-x org-export-dispatch).
This is the result:

It is centered.

Also  I got a second option:
with this snippet and (M-x ps-print-buffer):

(setq ps-left-margin 0
          ps-paper-type 'a4
	  ps-font-size 16.0
	  ps-print-header nil
          ps-landscape-mode t
          ps-number-of-columns 1
         ps-printer-name "pdf")

This is the result:

The second option is going to be very useful when pdflatex is not
available. But it is NOT so well centered as the first option.
