You can filter a certain category for the clock report afaics.
E.g.
org-agenda-clockreport-parameter-plist value
(:link t :maxlevel 2 :tags "+CATEGORY=\"busi\"")
only takes the clockings from items in category "busi" for the
org-agenda-clockreport.
