From my understanding, you are using the wrong syntax. You are using the syntax for setting the category for the entire buffer and not for individual headings.

From what I know, I should see the name of the org file on the left side of "TODO prendre mon synthroïde".

Instead, I see "Ann", which is a category that is used in another section of the org file. What is going on here?
