Browse to http://orgmode.org/w/?p=org-mode.git;a=tags and choose a release that sounds promising. 2. Follow the "commit" link. In the resulting page click on the "snapshot" link to download a .tgz file. Through git 1. Look at all released versions using git tag -l | grep release 2.
