I finally found the solution, which I'm sharing with you:

#+begin_src emacs-lisp
  (setq system-time-locale "C")
#+end_src

instead of:

#+begin_src emacs-lisp
  (setq system-time-locale "en_US.utf-8")
#+end_src

Strange, but...
