When you want to export an agenda view with your own CSS, you must do the

#+begin_src emacs-lisp
  (setq org-agenda-export-html-style
         "<style><link rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" href=\"agenda.css\"/></style>")

If you don't put the `style' tag, the above is simply ignored.
