If I want to sum how many hours Bill will spend, how can I find that?

I've already tried a sparse tree with column view, though it limits
them the sum is still of all.

Hi Russel,

there is nothing in Org currently to make this possible. However,
using the mapping API (see Appendix B6 in the manual), it should
be straight forward to write a function to do this.
