Use of a DEV tag would be good. I don't understand. If you like to read the development posts, why not subscribe to both lists? My concerns with a DEV tag are twofold: people would forget to add it, and it clutters the subject line. Tags will make that worse. It was suggested once that we shorten the [Orgmode] tag to [Org]. That seems like a change everyone can agree with.
