All I can do is enter a complete date in YYYY-MM-DD. Shift- also does not work to change the timestamp date. This is not a problem in the GUI emacs, and M-x calendar works as advertised in non-Org buffers. I searched and found out about issues with shift-selection in Emacs 23, but this happens in both Emacs 22 and the Emacs 23 I have installed in /usr/local/bin. Instead of movement as expected, it seems like it's giving me some sort of history completion. --0016e64766543bfaf9047cb04255 Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable At the command line, cursor movement and partial date entry do not work in = org mode in the calendar buffer.=A0 All I can do is enter a complete date i= n YYYY-MM-DD.=A0 Shift-<arrow> also does not work to change the times= tamp date.=A0 This is not a problem in the GUI emacs, and M-x calendar work= s as advertised in non-Org buffers.=A0 I searched and found out about issue= s with shift-selection in Emacs 23, but this happens in both Emacs 22 and t= he Emacs 23 I have installed in /usr/local/bin.=A0 Instead of movement as e= xpected, it seems like it's giving me some sort of history completion.<= br> --0016e64766543bfaf9047cb04255-- --===============0580687311== Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Disposition: inline _______________________________________________ Emacs-orgmode mailing list Please use `Reply All' to send replies to the list.
