Note that "reglock" is the current technical name, an implementation detail, and for developer only. The only current command using that term (that shows up using M-x) is a debugging internal command (org-pending--describe-reglock-at-point). I'm thinking about using just "lock" but I'll keep using "reglock" for now, as it's easier to search/replace, until the public API is finalized. Bruno
