There are many changes in ob-core.el, but little in ob-dot.el or ob-eval.el, so further investigation is required. I'll continue plugging. I really like building graphs using dot through org-mode, so I'd love to see this fixed (e.g. I had to revert to LibreOffice Draw today!).
