From the org manual
14.6 Library of Babel
* * * *
The central repository of code blocks in the “Library of Babel” is
housed in an Org mode
file located in the ‘contrib’ directory of Org mode.
However (at least in my case, Org-mode version 8.2.10 and also Org-mode
version 8.3beta (release_8.3beta-1316-ga70604)
the lob is located in the 'doc' directory
/path/to/org-mode/doc/library-of-babel.org
So should the does the manual need updating or correction?
