* org-table.el (orgtbl-ascii-plot): top-level function.
(orgtbl-ascii-draw), (orgtbl-uc-draw-grid), (orgtbl-uc-draw-cont):
functions which go in table formulas for drawing bars.
* org.el: key binding and menu binding
