I get what I would expect:
org-export-latex-hyperref-format's value is "\\ref{%s}"
For some reason it is not taken into account, and I'll have to
investigate why. I'm exporting doing "C-c @" to choose the sub-tree to
export, then "C-c C-e l" to get the LaTeX.
