Here is a minimal example, in case someone wants to try

myfile.html:
<p>
 <b>Hello, World!</b>
</p>

orgincludehtml.org:
* Test
  #+INCLUDE: "./myfile.html" html

I am using Org-mode version 8.2.6 (from ELPA) and GNU Emacs 24.3.1.
