I've tried to upgrade the office one to 8 using the 'list-packages', and it seems to install, but org-version always shows up as 7.something afterwards. Now, completely outside emacs, I installed some software and my MacBook using MacPorts. But now somehow the org-mode on my MacBook as been downgraded to 7.9.3f and, of course, using list-packages to upgrade doesn't work. Does anyone have any clue what's going on here? I'd like to upgrade to 8.whatever on all machines. -pd -- ---- Peter Davis The Tech Curmudgeon www.techcurmudgeon.com
