Working OK here. I get entries in 2011 for:

2011-01-15
2011-04-15
2011-07-14
2011-10-12

and switching to +1w, I see an entry every Saturday.

I'm running the same s/w as you, I think

Windows XP Pro SP3
GNU Emacs 23.2.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600) of 2010-05-08 on G41R2F1
Org-mode version 7.5 (d/l from Org-mode site, not from Git)
