Many moons ago, back in my days of using Palm Pilots, I used iSilo to read documents on my Palm. It appears that iSilo is now available for most mobile phone platforms (http://www.isilo.com). There is a command line converter (iSiloX) for turning html and text into iSilo documents. I have just tried it out on the html version of my org files and it seems to work very well. Ian.
