There's a small bug with hidden emphasis markers inside of tables. In
the attached org file, if I have org-hide-emphasis-markers set to true,
then in the 2nd to last row (starting with 04878) the first and last
columns are incorrectly left justified.
Apologies for the bulky test case, but this is the most I could trim it
down yet still reproduce the bug. I'm also still not able to customize
org-hide-emphasis-markers in the emacs customize buffer (already
reported, but Carsten couldn't reproduce it).
