I can try and recreate the error out of interest, but I am happy that it seem fixed, and that I have grasped how the templates work. This is hard to guess.  Can you provide more information?

- version numbers of Org/Remember/Emacs
- relevant parts of your Org/Remember setup
- a backtrace

To get a backtrace, turn on debugging in Emacs:

  (setq debug-on-error t)
