I am using twilight-bright at the momen, > but am somehow not that happy with it. Completely opposite of what you asked, you could checkout dark-emacs[1]. It is a very dark theme, designed to emulate emacs -nw in a black background terminal. It has some org related customisations in (custom-theme-set-variables ...) and some of the org faces are built up on other basic faces; all in all it might give you some ideas to write your own theme.
