I expect that the count of +1s to the offer will > communicate the list's collective opinion. I've ignored Jambunathan so far, hoping that not feeding the troll will make it go away. I understand he's contributed significant code, but his combative attitude is an instant turn off. I can't imagine a team leader (which is what I consider a maintainer) having such a negative attitude. Often team leads require better people skills than coding skills because most of their time is spent in team management, I see no evidence of superior skills being demonstrated here. I'll also point out that I can always tell when Bastien comes back from an announced vacation, suddenly my inbox fills up with replies to everything that hasn't been answered yet. I'm impressed with Bastien's staying power and people skills, he needs no replacement. -1 ------------------------------------------------------------------ Russell Adams RLAdams@AdamsInfoServ.com PGP Key ID: 0x1160DCB3 http://www.adamsinfoserv.com/ Fingerprint: 1723 D8CA 4280 1EC9 557F 66E8 1154 E018 1160 DCB3
