I also tested a FreedomPro bluetooth keyboard with my XOOM tablet. Unfortunately, no Ctrl/ESC/Alt is working. So Android/Emacs is not usable without the Hacker's keyboard which is an on-screen keyboard that offers all those modifier keys.
