is possible to define the reference to the last row of the following @II+$3, to avoid
having to change the number of row (@4$3)?

in this example does not calculate:

  | date             | item          |    cost |
  | [2012-03-01 jue] | item 1        |   30.00 |
  | [2012-03-01 jue] | item 2        |   20.00 |
  |                  |               |   30.00 |
  #+TBLFM: @II+$3=vsum(@I..@II);%0.2f
