This block does not close properly. I am attaching a modified setup file. You could try customising starting from that. Put it in your home and rename it to .emacs. To start customising, after loading org just do: M-x customize-variable M above stands for meta. I don't know how the meta keys are mapped on a Mac, but I think pressing ESC and x separately should do the trick. This will prompt you for a variable to customise.
