I have my Linux console keymaps hacked appropriately such that
the following binding in function-key-map
(define-key function-key-map "\e[M" [(shift return)])
This gives me shift-return, and preceding it with esc gives meta
shift return -- everywhere in Emacs that is except org-mode
buffers (which is where I really wanted it).
What am I missing?
