Apparent= ly it all comes down to character sets in Firefox.

If I view the htm= l-file with UTF8, all is fine. But the html file specifies using iso-8859-1= : <?xml version=3D"1.0" encoding=3D"is= o-8859-1"?>

It appears that if I view the file in Konqueror and IE, it's ok too= as default.

Hi there.

I'm new into orgmode. I've looked through the offi= cial documentation, but I can't find the solution to my problems.
Problem 1:
I use many non-english characters in my org-files and when = I export them, I get some weird letters instead of the ones I wrote in the = org-file.

Is there a way to specify which character set I want to use?

Pro= blem 2:
Every html export starts with a few weird characters before the = first html tag: "=C3=AF=C2=BB=C2=BF"

How can I stop that f= rom ever appearing?

I use emacs 23.1.1 and org-mode 6.29c.

Thanks in advance.
