This=20 has the advantage that it works with any output format (latex, html, od= t,=20 ascii, ...) and that it does not require external tools. BibELTeX is currently in a very early stage of development. The bigges= t=20 design issue is the style format. Currently I use a =3Dformat-spec=3D = like format=20 which is not very good to work with (See =3Dbibeltex-style-default=3D).= Please feel free to criticise, comment, and open pull requests!
