Hi there,
in the manual, section
12.9.11.4 Customizing tables in ODT export
the table style tag has superfluous quotes:
#+ATTR_ODT: :style "TableWithHeaderRowAndColumn"
This does not work. I guess it should be corrected to
#+ATTR_ODT: :style TableWithHeaderRowAndColumn
